Also includes: central air and ceiling fan/light in all rooms including kitchen, living, and dining room, fire place in living room, large front and backyard/ Gardener included, refrigerator, microwave, oven, washer, dryer, attached 2 car garage and security alarm system throughout the house. Extra parking space available in driveway and in the street right in front of the house.
No pets and no more than one person per room allowed.
