We are seeking an experienced, dependable Nursery Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise employees, and maintain healthy, quality trees
Responsibilities:
Manage daily nursery operations and coordinate employee assignments.
Monitor tree health, inventory, and quality.
Schedule tree and equipment deliveries.
Request permits for oversized loads.
Schedule pesticide spraying and inspections.
Order nursery supplies and materials.
Assist customers, take orders, and send pictures of available plants and trees.
Coordinate order preparation, loading, and deliveries.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Previous nursery experience and knowledge of plants and trees.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage schedules, coordinate deliveries, and provide excellent customer service.
Dependable, hands-on, and comfortable working outdoors.
