LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED JANITOR (OFFICE AND MODEL HOME CLEANING)
We are looking for an experienced AND independent Janitor/Cleaner to help take care of our businesses/model homes.
Must have years of experience in this industry and meet all the requirements below:
Responsibilities
* Clean and maintain offices and model homes (example: dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning stains, restroom cleaning, etc)
* Follow instructions and protocols given by management and communicate for each job
* Follow our work schedule and be punctuate for work
* Stock and maintain supply rooms as needed
* Be reliable and ready to work
* Follow all health and safety regulations along with the companies policies

Requirements and skills
* Experience as a Janitor, experience in cleaning offices and homes/model homes
* Part time to Full time available
* Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
* Perform each work shift at 100% and be able to work independently
* Pass a drug screen
* Drivers license - with good record/subject to back ground check
* Must be a USA citizen
* Be able to travel from Inland Empire to Orange County if needed

What are the duties and responsibilities of a Janitor?
A Janitor’s duties and responsibilities can include general cleaning of a building/home and keeping it maintained and in good condition. This can include vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing restrooms, taking out trash and recycling and washing and cleaning windows and mirrors as needed. Know how to use equipment and to be mindful of your surroundings and keep communication with management and follow the companies policy.

Window Cleaner
Responsibilities:
*Inspecting and assessing the condition of windows or other glass surfaces to identify any necessary cleaning or maintenance
*Using specialized equipment, window cleaning tools, and extension poles to clean windows and other glass surfaces
*Using water based chemicals and cleaning solutions to remove stains, dirt, and grime from glass surfaces
*Ensuring the safety of themselves and others by using safety equipment and following safety protocols
*Handling and appropriately disposing of used cleaning solutions and materials
*Maintaining inventory of all cleaning supplies and communicating with management on ordering new stock as needed
