Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a manufacturing industry or construction
High school/Diploma
Flexible to work any shift and overtime as needed.
Ability to function successfully in a fast-paced, challenging work environment.
Ability to carry 50 Lbs., and to lift, up to 70 lbs. Occasionally

Help in all other pre and pro cast operations.
Loading/unloading metal-logs in and out of the equipment.

Plugging and unplugging melting furnace.
Help in all other pre and pro cast operations.

The pay for this position is $23.00 - $24.17. If you are hired, your base salary will be determined based on factors such as geographic locations, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as part of any final offer.
