For $80, you get 2 very clean, GRIEF GP55 emergency water-storage barrels, made in the U.S.A. These 55 gallon barrels were bought new, filled with clean drinking water, and a small amount of chlorine to maintain freshness.
These were purchased for emergency drinking water, and were advertised as safe for drinking water. However, they are no “food-grade” markings on these barrels, YET I have read that these barrels, from this manufacturer, are drinking water safe.
So, I am selling these as perfect for non-potable water, even though they have only been used for drinking water.
(You might use these as VERY nice rain barrels, if you wanted.) They were purchased about 10 years ago, but have been kept covered (no direct sunlight.) If you want to purchase only one barrel, for $40, that is okay too! Each barrel comes with a wrench designed for the barrel stoppers. (The original hand pump kits do not come with these.)
