We are looking for experienced OTR drivers who want reliable miles, dependable equipment, no-touch freight, and support available around the clock.
WEEKLY COMPENSATION
• Average $2,800+ per week based on miles driven
• All loaded miles paid
• All empty miles paid
• Odometer-to-odometer mileage
• Layover pay when applicable
• Direct deposit available
• Year-round freight
• 1099 Independent Contractor position
OTR FREIGHT
• Nationwide 48-state operation
• Dry van only
• No-touch freight
• No loading or unloading
• Mostly drop-and-hook
• Loads pre-planned by dispatch
• Consistent freight network
• Reliable miles throughout the year
TRUCKS
2019-2022 Kenworth T680 Automatics with Cummins engines.
Equipment includes:
• APU
• Inverter
• Refrigerator
• ELD
• 72-74 MPH governed speed
• Clean, well-maintained trucks
• Company-supported equipment
HOME TIME & ROTATION
• Approximately 2-3 weeks on the road
• 2-3 full days home between runs
• Minimum 14 days out
• Flexible scheduling when available
• Home time coordinated in advance with dispatch

DRIVER QUALIFICATIONS
• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months OTR experience
• Clean MVR
• Clean PSP
• Clean FMCSA Clearinghouse record
• Pass DOT drug screening
• Basic backing skills
• Ability to safely operate and back a Kenworth T680
• No DUIs or recent major violations
• Willing to operate throughout all 48 states
• Available to stay out a minimum of 14 days
