This would be a vintage Allstate Multi-Load cartridge grease gun, as it has been around a long time! I know my dad used to use it on the Pontiac Tempest when I was a youngster! Mostly, it has been stored in the garage for many years. It has grease in it, looks like about 3/4 filled. It has a little bit of rust in spots, you can see it in the photos.
What you see in the pictures is what you get: The Allstate gun, the hose, the angled metal tube, and those 2 cartridges of grease. I flexed the hose, it did not show any signs of cracking.
I make no warranty, nor claims about the condition of the grease. I do not know how long grease lasts, nor do I know the age of this grease, but I am certain that it is more than 20 years old! Both tubes say general purpose grease, which is probably what is in the gun also. I have never used a grease gun, but when I pump the long handle, grease comes out! So, it appears to be working. (The photo of grease sticking out of the nozzle was one pump.)
