Small crew focused on property maintenance, landscaping, and outdoor projects. We value reliability, quality workmanship, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities:
Mow lawns, edge, trim hedges, and perform routine landscape maintenance
Operate string trimmers, blowers, and hand tools for cleanup and finishing
Install and maintain plantings, mulch beds, and landscape fabric
Assist with hardscape tasks: laying pavers, edging, gravel, basic concrete work, and light carpentry as needed
Perform property cleanup: debris removal, pruning, leaf and brush removal
Maintain and perform basic service on equipment (cleaning, sharpening blades, checking fluids)
Load/unload materials, move soil/compost, and operate wheelbarrows or small utility vehicles
Follow safety procedures, keep job sites tidy, and communicate with crew lead
Required Qualifications:
Prior landscaping, groundskeeping, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required (willing to train)
Comfortable using power equipment and hand tools; small-engine experience a plus
Able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in varied weather, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
Valid driver’s license preferred
Desired Skills:
Basic plant identification and care
Experience with irrigation systems or hardscape installation
Basic carpentry or masonry skills a plus
Compensation & Schedule:
Pay: $17/ hour
Schedule: Typical workweek7:30-4:00; occasional weekends or overtime during peak season
