We are looking for an experienced Operating Foreman to join our team. This person will be responsible for overseeing residential and commercial construction projects, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and quality control. The ideal candidate will have a background in construction management, excavation experience, ability to read blueprints, calculate grades, work with shoring, excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, a willingness to train and the ability to work with a wide variety of people. Adhere to city, county and state regulations. Abide by all safety rules. This is a hands-on position where you are working onsite and must have extensive knowledge of excavation and underground utilities as well as the ability to oversee jobs.
