answer: When she is a Trumpist Conspiracy Theorist and graduated law school but apparently never took or passed the bar exam. If this is true, she is not a "lawyer". If she really went to law school and then graduated, she could probably call herself "a law school graduate". Maybe you do not understand the "subtle difference". The difference, a lawyer must pass the Bar Exam to practice law. Passing herself off as a Lawyer when she is not may mean she may need to hire a lawyer when her deception catches up to her.
People in the know who apparently have done their own research seem to all come up with the fact that they can find no record of Mrs. Zacharia "The Lawyer" having passed the bar in any state.
Never mind asking for Talarico to prove he had the flu. Never mind asking for Obama's birth certificate. Start looking for Zacharia's license to practice law. While you are at it look for Trump's college transcripts. He claims he graduated top of his class at Wharton, I suspect he was nowhere near the top of anything. I might be persuaded that he aced a class titled, "The Art of the Flim-Flam".
Vote out all republicans. Let's show them what a Democracy Looks Like. Let's show them a blue wave. Let's show them the door.
