We are a class A contractor servicing the greater Richmond area including Williamsburg, and we are looking for sub-contractors to assist us with our work load. We keep 40 to 60 remodel jobs at any given time. We are busy 12 months out of the year.
We are in the need of sub contractors who are skilled at:
Demo - Carefully remove portions of the home without disturbing what is being salvaged.
Carpentry - Replacing plywood, removing and installing cabinets, trim work and light framing
Sheetrock - Work with sheetrock repairs using 20 and 45 minute mud.
Painting - Clean neat painters needed.
We prefer smaller two or three man crews.
You need to have experience working in occupied homes and understand what it means to cover things in the house to keep them clean.
This work is being done in occupied homes and we need clean, neat and professional people that put the home owner at ease and leave the job site clean for the homeowners to use every day.
We are a very busy company and payment is made with in 14 days of receiving an invoice for completed work.
