General Labor & Event Setup Crew - Richmond, VA

We are looking for a versatile general labor and basic assembly crew for a large-scale event setup in Richmond, VA. Please see the project details below:
Location: CarMax Park, 3001 N Arthur Ashe Blvd, Richmond VA 23230.
Project Dates & Times:
The setup runs daily from Tuesday, October 27 through Tuesday, November 17.
Standard Day Shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (includes a 1-hour unpaid lunch).
Shift Exceptions: Wednesday, October 28 is an early finish from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There is one night call on Friday, October 30 from 8:00 PM to 11:59 PM.
Responsibilities:
Perform general labor duties such as laying floor on the field, moving furniture, and setting up gear, decor, and signage.
Handle basic assembly and carpentry tasks, including cutting and screwing 2x4s, attaching poles to bases, and using a driver drill and tape measure.
No blueprints or specialized trade skills are required.
Requirements & Working Conditions:
Safety Gear (IMPORTANT): Protective toe shoes are MANDATORY and must be provided by the worker (you will be turned away on site without them). The client will supply high-visibility vests and gloves.
Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and comfortably remain on your feet for the full shift.
Environment: Work takes place outdoors on a stadium field and concourse. Please dress accordingly for November weather in Richmond.
Tools: All required hand tools are supplied by the client on site; please do not bring personal tools.
Pay Rates:
General Labor & Assembly (Days): $20 - $22/hr
Night Shift (Oct 30): $23/hr
