About the Role
We are a high-volume flooring company looking to expand our team. We are hiring for two distinct levels of experience:
1. Experienced Lead Installer: Must have proven, hands-on experience installing LVP (Luxury Vinyl Plank) and carpet, as well as performing efficient tile demolition.
2. Flooring Helper / Laborer: Energetic, hard-working individual ready to assist with site prep, demo, carrying materials, and learning the trade.
This is a fast-paced environment where showing up on time every day is critical to keeping our projects on schedule.
What We Are Looking For
• Dependability: A rock-solid work ethic. You arrive early, ready to work, and can maintain a demanding daily schedule.
• Professionalism: Excellent communication skills, a neat appearance, and a respectful, courteous attitude while on job sites.
• Skills: For the installer role, you must bring precision, speed, and standard flooring tools. For the helper role, you must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
• Logistics: You must have your own reliable vehicle to travel directly to changing job sites daily.
