Better Home Solutions is looking for reliable, motivated people to distribute flyers in assigned neighborhoods throughout the DFW area.
This is a **flexible, independent position where you choose when you work.** You'll receive an assigned territory and get paid for every flyer you distribute — PLUS earn large bonuses whenever your territory generates an appointment.
💰 HOW YOU GET PAID
**GUARANTEED PAY — $0.20 PER FLYER**
You are paid **20¢ for every flyer you distribute** in your assigned territory.
1,000 flyers = **$200 guaranteed**
2,000 flyers = **$400 guaranteed**
3,000 flyers = **$600 guaranteed**
This means even during a slower week when fewer homeowners schedule appointments, **you're still getting paid for the work you put in.**
**OR — $100 FOR EVERY APPOINTMENT BOOKED**
Each flyer is trackable to your assigned territory.
When someone from your territory schedules a qualified Free Home Air & Water Test, **you earn an additional $100 appointment bonus.**
There is **no limit** to how many appointment bonuses you can earn.
🚪 WANT TO MAKE EVEN MORE? KNOCK DOORS.
If you're comfortable talking to homeowners, you can knock while distributing your flyers.
Simply introduce yourself, explain that we're currently offering homeowners a **completely FREE Home Air & Water Test**, and help interested homeowners schedule their appointment.
**Every qualified appointment you personally book = $100 bonus.**
Nobody home? **Leave the flyer on the door and keep moving.**
If they scan the flyer and schedule later, you can still receive the **$100 territory appointment bonus.**
You don't have to sell anything.
**Your job is simply to create interest and schedule the free appointment. Our team handles everything from there.**
🏠 WHAT ARE WE OFFERING?
Better Home Solutions provides homeowners with a **FREE Home Air & Water Test** so they can learn more about what's in the air they're breathing and the water they're drinking, cooking with, and showering in.
There is **no charge for the testing appointment.**
That makes it much easier to introduce at the door — you're offering a free service, not asking the homeowner to purchase something.
⏰ WORK WHEN YOU WANT
**No set schedule.**
Work 5 hours one day, 2 hours another, or take a day off.
Morning, afternoon, evening, weekdays or weekends — **you decide when you work.**
We simply assign you a territory and track the flyers and appointments generated from that area.
EXAMPLE EARNINGS
Distribute 1,000 flyers (12hrs) = $200 guaranteed
+ 3 appointments = **$300 bonus**
**Total = $500**
If you knock doors while distributing and generate additional appointments, your earnings can increase significantly.
**The more appointments you generate, the more you make.**
