Hi, I’m helping my family friend look for a tenant for a 1bedroom studio apartment that offers privacy and safety. The studio is a new build 2026. The space consists of a kitchen area, bathroom, and bedroom. 1 off-street parking spot in driveway. No laundry included.

-We are looking for good credit/ NO Evictions! Sorry none negotiable. Preferable below:
-Student
-Single person
-Single parent
Possibly: Couple with ONE (1) infant to keep in line w occupancy guidelines. NO Exceptions.

-Last month + Security department upon move in.
-1 year lease
-proof of employment, income, and funds (this is if I feel we may be a good match/ next step of our process)
-Utilities INCLUDED
Stove and microwave will be included
-FYI I’m facilitating this process (a normal person NOT a realtor).
