About Us:
Fine Line is a lively neighborhood sports bar and restaurant in Revere, MA, offering great food, cocktails, pizza, and a fun, casual atmosphere. Part of the Aldi Companies restaurant group, Fine Line is a popular spot for watching sports, grabbing drinks, and enjoying good food with friends.
We are looking for an experienced Server / Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in both roles, has a strong understanding of food and beverage service, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
We would also love to find someone with the experience and leadership skills to take on Shift Lead responsibilities, helping oversee daily service and support the team when needed.
Full-time availability is preferred, with flexibility to work both day and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
+ Provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service to guests.
+ Work both serving and bartending shifts as scheduled.
+ Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages.
+ Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
+ Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service and bar areas.
+ Handle payments and operate the POS system.
+ Assist with shift leadership, including supporting staff, overseeing service, and helping ensure smooth daily operations.
+ Work closely with management, kitchen staff, and other team members.
+ Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in both serving and bartending preferred.
+ Shift Lead or supervisory experience is a plus.
+ Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food service.
+ Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts.
+ Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
+ Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working as part of a team.
+ Flexible availability for daytime, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
+ Ability to work a full-time schedule.
