Supports standing and seated workout modes. I used it under my desk. I just replaced a ball bearing and wheel in it so it is quiet and smooth. I am only selling it because I am getting a different desk set up and switching to a walking pad.
It's not too heavy. One person can lift it but it would not be easy to transport on public transportation. You need a car to get this.
