Anyway....Yes, I'm still here, still lookin' for the right place, right price, right location. Have been in my present place for 10 yrs. It has many pluses, but several factors are in play, and I need to go elsewhere. No pressure or timeline involved, but it's time.
Me: I'm age 72 (don't look or act a day over 71), retired law enforcement, safe and sane, no booze, no drugs, no debt (credit score hovers at 800), no loud music, no junk cars or sea crates or boats to park in your driveway, no wild and wicked women in the jacuzzi (unless you were to invite them, which would be just fine, of course....and totally within your rights. It would be great if you had a jacuzzi). I have my TDS under control...sorta. :)
The cat in the pic is my partner, we're in it for the duration, we go thru doors together. If you just can't take pets, just say so. No offense taken or intended.
Happy to take any test/check you want....background, criminal, Rorschach, urine, whatever...but do I really need to do those just to see your place and decide if I like it??
I have and will maintain renter's insurance via USAA. Looking for a place atleast 650 sqft, with some extra storage. I need a good WiFi. East or north county preferred, but I'm flexible.
