Hello! I am looking for a clean, peaceful and well-maintained room, efficiency, private space or guest house in the Fort Lauderdale/ Oakland Park Areas.
My budget is $600-$800 per month.
I am responsible, respectful of the home where I live, and reliable with rent. I value a quiet living environment, clear communication and mutual respect, and I am hoping to find a landlord or homeowner who values the same. I have Home Health Aide experience and also have an academic background in psychology.
I am also interested in an unused guest house, in-law space or similar private accommodation on a residential property.
A quiet, comfortable home with a respectful arrangement would be ideal.
