🏡 **Responsible Tenant Looking for a 1-Bedroom Rental – Albuquerque**
I’m looking for a **1-bedroom apartment, casita, or small house** in the **Downtown, UNM, or Nob Hill/Mob Hill area**. Having access to a **private or shared yard is very important to me**, so I’m hoping to find a place with some outdoor space.
My ideal budget is around **$800/month**, but I’m willing to go closer to **$900–$1,000 if utilities are included**. I’d especially consider around $1,000 for a place with **washer/dryer access**.
I work full-time and live a quiet, low-key lifestyle. I’m very clean, respectful of my neighbors, and take pride in maintaining my home. I clean up after myself, take good care of the property, and like to leave a place in great condition. I don’t have many guests over and I’m not looking for a party house.
I enjoy cooking, so I’m looking for a place with a **proper kitchen** rather than a kitchenette. I also enjoy exercising, staying active, and spending time outdoors. I especially love running in the **Bosque**, which is one of the reasons I’m hoping to stay in this part of town.
I’m flexible on the length of the lease and would have no problem signing a **one-year lease**. I’ve been at my current rental for about **1½ years** and can provide proof of income and rental history, as well as references if requested.
