Hi all! I'm a responsible, respectful, and clean tenant looking for a studio or one bedroom apartment, ideally around the end of December or beginning of January.

I'm a college student studying Early Childhood Education and I work at a restaurant and as a substitute teacher. I value having a calm, well maintained home home and would love to find a space where I can settle in.

What I am looking for:
- budget: under $2300
-type: studio or one bedroom apartment
-move in: late December or early January
-must haves: hardwood floors and access to parking
-location: quiet neighborhood in San Francisco

I'm tidy, considerate of neighbors, and respectful of the property I live in. Im looking for a place I can take care of and feel comfortable in calling home.
