My name is Liz and I am looking for the right housing fit.
Looking for a room, studio, or in-law unit under $1,300 in the Santa Cruz or West San Francisco areas (sunset or Richmond).
I work out of the house Monday to Thursday 7am-6pm and I’m often away on weekends visiting family, diving, or spending time outdoors.
I coparent, a really sweet golden doodle who I can take to work during the day and would like to continue to have around from time to time.
I’d love to find a relaxed, friendly household or property while still having independence and personal space. I’m also happy to help with gardening, yard work, organizing, or projects around the property in exchange for reduced rent. Also open to subletting.
