Responsible, Employed Tenant Seeking Affordable Housing in Henderson — $1,000 or Less. That includes the water qmd sewer and trash and parking. No hidden fees.
I'm looking for an affordable place for myself and one other person in the Henderson area. I have steady, full-time employment and reliable transportation, and I'm hoping to find a safe, comfortable place to call home without spending an unreasonable amount just to move in.
I've been paying high rent for a larger apartment that has had ongoing issues, and I'm ready to downsize, simplify, and make smarter financial decisions. My goal is to save toward relocating back home in the next few years, so finding something affordable is important to me.
What I'm looking for:
- Rent of $1,000 per month or less.
- A studio, small apartment, casita, guesthouse, or private living space.
- Accommodations for two people and one vehicle.
- No pets, except for one small fish in an aquarium.
- Reasonable move-in costs and a manageable security deposit.
- A clean, safe, and well-maintained space in Henderson or the surrounding area.
I'm open to nontraditional housing arrangements, private landlords, detached guest spaces, or other affordable options. I don't need anything fancy. I'm simply looking for a place that is reasonably priced, well cared for, and allows me to maintain my employment while working toward my long-term financial goals.
I understand that affordable housing can be difficult to find, but I believe there may be someone out there with a space that would be a good fit.
If you have a rental, guesthouse, casita, or other housing option available within my budget, please reach out with the location, monthly rent, required move-in costs, and a little information about the space.
