Living Style: Quiet, respectful, and very mindful of shared spaces and neighbors. I value my downtime, but I’m always open to friendly conversation.
Pets & Visitors: I am pet-friendly. My girlfriend will visit occasionally, but she will not be living with me.
Finances: I have stable employment and income. My credit is a work-in-progress due to student loans and older cards, but I am fully current on all bills and rent.
Preferred Areas: Long Beach (top choice), Orange (and surrounding neighborhoods), or Cerritos are my second choices however I am open to all areas.
