Experienced construction professional seeking a Residential Project Manager position.
I bring over 25 years of experience in plumbing and construction, including managing residential, commercial, restaurant, and public works projects from pre-construction through completion. My background includes owning and operating a successful plumbing contracting business, holding a California C-36 Plumbing Contractor license, and most recently working as a plumbing estimator.
My experience includes:
* Residential construction, custom homes, ADUs, and remodels
* Project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and estimating
* Coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries
* Reading blueprints and performing material takeoffs
* Working closely with homeowners, contractors, architects, engineers, and suppliers
* Managing multiple projects while maintaining quality, timelines, and budgets
I’m looking to transition into a dedicated Residential Project Manager role where I can bring my field knowledge, leadership, and strong communication skills to a growing company.
