HSS MIM Strat, very good condition never abused, never gigged. minor clear coat scratches on back side of bottom horn, otherwise in excellent condition the guitar lived in a case for over 10 years since purchase.

This guitar was meant to be a keeper and was upgraded with that in mind with all new Fender USA electronics, a loaded PG from a Fender 'FSR' Strat was swapped on to it. The upgrades are essentially free, I purchased the guitar for $500, invested another $275 in the improved electronics, upgrade parts and pro-setup. Then I found my 1st Les Paul,...and I have a couple of Strats, so one of them has to go.

A brand new loaded PG from a Fender USA FSR was swapped onto the body along with a Graphtech nut, the body cavities got shield painted 1st. The OG PG and the FSR PG are pictured for comparison. The fret board edges were rolled lightly, frets levelled, dressed, rounded and polished + a set of roller string trees was installed along w/a "Fender" logo chrome neck plate.
A set of brass Fender Ultra spec saddles were installed on the tremolo as well as a set of PRS 6 point Trem mounting screws. (trem base plate pivot edges locate themselves in these grooves under the heads of the screws, and pivot in them for improved tuning stability and overall trem. performance even with agressive use.

Professionally setup, intonated, it plays easy, and sounds fantastic, action is low but not crazy low no buzzing.
The FSR USA electronics spec is a clear upgrade over standard MIM spec, PLUS,..everything is all Factory Fender.
Comes with a brand new Fender gig bag, tuner, strap and a mini rechargeable plug In headphone amp (no headphones ;-)

OR -

for $400 I''ll have the OE PG/electronics swapped back on and you have a very lightly upgraded OE MIM Strat....
still with free upgrades: Graphtech nut, roller string trees, "Fender" neck plate, brass saddles, + the Pro. fretboard + setup work to enjoy...
