Research Scholar (West LA, Santa Monica, Westwood)

I am a research scholar returning to UCLA. I am a mature, neat, and quiet nonsmoking man over 50, so I am avoiding late-night "party" houses. I am looking at rooms for rent in houses, condos, and apartments, as well as studios/efficiencies (with more than a mini-frig and microwave as a kitchenette lol). I have a rental reference. I have no criminal record (not even an arrest). I do not speak Spanish. I do speak some French and German though. Essentially, I am a research professor who will be on campus a lot.
