Compensation & Benefits
$1,400 guaranteed weekly base pay
Additional $0.80 per mile for all miles driven over 1,200 miles per week
$2,000 sign-on bonus for FedEx-approved drivers
Weekly pay via direct deposit every Friday
One week of paid vacation after one year of employment
Medical insurance options available
Consistent, year-round work
Example Weekly Earnings:
1,200 miles: $1,400
1,400 miles: $1,560
1,600 miles: $1,720
1,800 miles: $1,880
Position Details
Based out of Albany, NY
Monday through Friday schedule
Overnight shift beginning at 9:00 PM
Home daily
FedEx Ground terminal-to-terminal linehaul
Drop-and-hook operations
No-touch freight
Well-maintained equipment
Consistent routes and professional dispatch support
Driver Qualifications
Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer driving experience within the last 3 years
Doubles/Triples endorsement preferred; training available
Must meet applicable DOT and FedEx driver qualification requirements
Satisfactory driving record
Must pass required DOT drug screening
Strong commitment to safe driving and punctuality
