REMOTE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT | MEDIA COMPANY

Los Angeles-based media organization is seeking dependable people in India to join our remote operations team.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to learn, take on responsibility, and grow based on performance.

No media experience is required. Training is provided.

What you'll do:

• Data entry and administrative work
• Maintain records and organize information
• Handle emails and other communications
• Take accurate, detailed notes
• Assist with day-to-day media operations
• Manage multiple assignments and deadlines

We are looking for people who are reliable, honest, organized, focused, and strong communicators. You must be comfortable working independently and following detailed instructions.

Full-time and part-time contractor positions are available. Our operation runs 24 hours a day, so multiple schedules can be considered.

COMPENSATION & GROWTH

This is an entry-level position. Starting compensation is based on the normal market rate where you live, your experience, and the position.

If you are seeking a starting rate significantly above the normal wage for your area, this position is unlikely to be a match.

This is not a get-rich-quick opportunity. We are looking for serious people interested in stable, long-term work.

Strong performance is rewarded with performance bonuses, performance-based raises, annual raises, and opportunities for greater responsibility.

REMOTE WORK REQUIREMENTS

You must already have:

• Reliable computer and internet
• Quiet, dedicated workspace
• Large monitor
• Wired keyboard and wired mouse (company policy)
• An environment where you can work without frequent interruptions

Established team members may receive assistance improving their home-office setup after six months.
