I am a pilot looking for off-grid, remote piece of land where I could make a grass airstrip / runway for landing a small airplane. Would prefer good views, don't want desert, and high bluff wind. Water nearby is a great feature as well. Looking to stay under about $350,000. Do not need any structures, but would prefer some sort of rough access to site so I could bring in a small tractor to mow field, etc. Looking for Wenatchee County, not anymore west, but would go North South or East of there.
