You will share the house with three easygoing, respectful, hard-working creatives - two musicians, and a photographer. We work independently, keep a steady routine, and value a clean, peaceful home—not a party house. We are looking for a neat, responsible and considerate roommate.
The available bedroom is approximately 12' x 12'.
Rent & Utilities Rent includes water, trash, electricity, internet, and access to common streaming services (YouTube TV, Netflix).
Lease & Move-In Requirements
Lease term: 10 months
Application fee: $30 for background/credit check (subject to owner approval)
Move-in costs: First month, last month, and security deposit. If you need a few months for the deposit, and are approved, we can make an arrangement
Deposit flexibility: Option to pay the security deposit over several months for the right applicant
Deposit return: Expect full return minus ~$200 for standard move-out cleaning and painting
