Solid wood twin-over-twin staircase bunk bed — Homelegance / Lexicon 'Rowe Collection' (model B2013SBDC), dark cherry finish. Retails for $944–$1,021 new.

Solid and stable, zero wobble, all hardware complete (every bolt and barrel nut present and installed).

- Staircase unit detaches and mounts on EITHER side (left or right)
- 4 drawers built into the staircase — all open and close properly
- Both slat sets complete and intact
- Dimensions: 98.5in L x 41.5in W x 63.5in H, about 220 lbs, rated 300 lbs per bed
- Mattresses: FREE if you want them (rough condition), or take the frame only — the $425 is for the frame

Condition, honestly: used, normal wear and tear for a kids' bed — light surface scratches, a few small finish chips, some kids' stickers on the rails, and white paint marks on one panel (surface paint, already flaking, comes off). Nothing structural.

Made Oct 2017. CA 93120 compliant.

SALE TERMS: Sold ASSEMBLED — buyer disassembles and hauls, so you can see it standing and know exactly what you're getting. Bring a helper and tools. Local pickup in Redlands. Cash on pickup.

Kids have moved out and the room is being cleared — that's the only reason it's for sale.
