My name is Jacob, and I was recently released from prison after serving four years. While I was away, I lost contact with most of the people in my life, and now I'm trying to start over with no real support system. At the moment, I'm homeless and working hard to get my life back on track.
I'm looking for honest work of any kind. I'm willing to do construction, landscaping, warehouse work, moving, cleanup, general labor, or just about any job where someone is willing to give me a chance. I'm dependable, motivated, and ready to work.
If anyone has extra clothes, work boots, hygiene items, a backpack, camping gear, a sleeping bag, food, or other essentials they no longer need, they would make a huge difference while I get back on my feet. If you know of any local resources, shelters, churches, or organizations that help people in my situation, I'd also really appreciate the information.
I know my past may cause some hesitation, but I'm not asking anyone to overlook it. I'm simply asking for an opportunity to prove that I'm trying to build a better future.
