This pair of Early American plank seat chairs are signed A. Green Chester NH. They have old yellow paint with flaking, especially on one of the chairs. But they are otherwise in good condition. The copy of the map from house locations in 1892 shows A. Green, an early settler of Chester/Raymond NH. We bought these chairs from the house A. Green lived in at one time.
