mini Sauna project - construction, flooring, drainage pipe (Rapid City)

Sauna will be 36 inches wide by 40 inches deep and around 80 inches or so tall.

I need a person for 2 types of roles. It can be the same person for both roles, or different persons:
1) Someone to put in a ceramic floor, appropriately slanted to flow water into a drainage hole, and plumbing work to connect the drainage hole to another plastic pipe underneath that drains into the sewer line. I am trying to learn how to do these things myself. So you will need to do everything with me standing around (and as a potential helper), and explain everything to me as you go along.
2) I am trying to build the Sauna myself (mostly to learn the construction skills). However, if I can find someone local who is highly experienced in building saunas, and they charge me a reasonable price to build it for me, I'll hire them to do it. Again, because I am trying to learn how to do these things myself, you will need to do everything with me standing around (and as a potential helper), and explain everything to me as you go along.
Note: a professional electrician will be hired to do the electrical work.
