New Com is a custom metal enclosure manufacturer in Randolph, MA. We're hiring an entry-level fabricator and welder, and we're looking for the right person to grow with us for the long haul. We'll teach you how to do the work right — what we need from you is the right attitude and the drive to learn.

What we're looking for:
You must have some welding experience, or completion of a welding certification or training program. A full trade-school degree is not required.
If you're earlier in your skills, that's fine — you just need to be eager to learn and open to coaching.
Ambitious, reliable, and looking for a place to settle in and grow long-term.
Comfortable working with sheet metal and a high attention to detail.
