Prestige Life Group is currently expanding our sales team and is looking for motivated, driven, and coachable individuals to join our Lead Development Division.
We are a California-based life insurance company focused on helping families while creating opportunities for our team members to build successful careers in sales.
Position Overview
As a member of our Lead Development Division, your primary responsibility will be to contact leads that are provided by the company. These are individuals who have already expressed an interest in learning about life insurance, so you will not be responsible for cold calling random prospects.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Contacting company-provided leads
- Speaking with prospective clients who have requested information
- Pre-qualifying prospects
- Building rapport and identifying their needs
- Setting qualified appointments
- Connecting qualified prospects with our licensed agents to complete the sales process
- Following up with prospects as needed
- Participating in daily training and team coaching
Compensation & Earning Potential
This is a commission-based sales position with the opportunity to earn money on a weekly basis.
Our goal is to provide a compensation structure where you can get paid quickly for your production rather than waiting extended periods for your earnings. Top-performing sales representatives have the potential to earn $10,000+ per month through appointment setting and sales production. Actual earnings will vary based on individual performance, consistency, and production.
No License Required to Start
You do not need a life insurance license to begin this position. We will train you on our systems, sales process, communication techniques, and lead qualification process.For individuals who eventually want to become licensed life insurance agents, we also provide career growth opportunities and guidance through the licensing process.

Work From Home + Office Opportunity
Your first 45 days will be completed remotely from home as part of your initial training and trial period.
After successfully completing this period, you will have the opportunity to work from our office location as well.
