Landscape Projects usually start with a conceptual design service, where I give you some ideas to choose in a 2d plan, drawn to scale format. Once you decide on the design I give you a final master conceptual landscape plan which you are free and able to install yourself or get many quotes. My whole goal is to have my designs built so I want to install it and would give you an installation proposal but you have a plan to shop with. Or if you have a design or know what you want I can give you an installation proposal. If you know what you want or not I can help you with ideas. My Conceptual Designs usually include Hardscape sq ft and Planting plan with images.
If you need Landscape Construction Documents for City submittal I can produce this as well and get you a licensed Landscape Architect Professional Stamp if needed. Usually submittal are, Title sheet, Hardscape Plan, Planting Plan, Irrigation Plan and Calculations, Lighting Plan and for Fire Departments Fuel Modification Plans, Details as well. Much more in depth process usually for new residential builds and designs.
