- Interior and exterior painting
- Minor electrical and plumbing repairs
- Basic carpentry and repair work
- Cleaning and organizing work areas
- Snow removal and plowing
- Minor landscaping and property upkeep
- Assisting with other maintenance projects as needed
Qualifications:
- General maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and complete projects efficiently
- Dependable, organized, and attentive to detail
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to perform physical work and safely lift and carry materials
- Snowplowing experience is helpful
- Must have a strong work ethic and take pride in keeping the property clean and well maintained
