Position: Rough Carpenter
Salary: $19-24 per hour (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
* Remove and replace fascia, rafter tails, patio covers, window trim, and other carpentry elements.
* Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install rough carpentry materials with precision and accuracy.
* Read reports and diagrams to understand how and what needs to be done at each job
* Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.
* Ensure all work is performed with safety standards and regulations in mind.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Rough Carpenter
* Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment.
* Solid understanding of construction and carpentry techniques.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
* Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary.
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
