Saw you out at Octoberfest today, you were by yourself and sat down beside us to eat your food. Didn't get the chance to speak to you and have deeply regretted it. You were a shorter young lady, probably 4'11", very fit, wearing jeans and a light colored top, could tell you had a tattoo on your right side/hip and a larger one on your back. Noticed you slowly walk down the middle of the street and cut through the crowd like you owned the place and had a confidence about you that just commanded attention, was absolutely mesmerized.
