Stored and used only in Bend, Oregon. It is now in Rainier, Oregon. It is dry and covered. One Q bedroom. Tip out for kitchen and lv room. Light blue colors. Large bath/shower area. Unknown what works. It has been in storage since 2012. Both back corners have separated at the bottom. Roof had new calking last November since it had not been out of Bend dry weather. Ladder up the back for easy roof access. AC is wrapped. TV antenna, all appliances, jacks/levels.
There are no batteries. Two propane tanks.
I will give you a new battery powered tongue jack, still in the box.
