Nice cutting torch with nearly full owner owned Oxygen bottle ready to go.
It is currently set up to burn acetylene gas but with a swirl tip you could cut using propane.

Owned Oxygen tank full of gas 2000 psi in I believe an 80 cu/ft tank.

I've lit it off on propane as it is and find it will work to heat bolts to loosen rusty ones but would not work for cutting unless swirl tip installed
The hose is longer than normal and includes both regulators with a Cutting torch.

I can accompany you to my gas supplier 5 miles away to verify this is a legit owned Oxygen tank if you desire.
