Fair/good condition with modifications
We lived in this RV while we built our house, as did the previous owners as well. This RV would best be used for that purpose again, or a more permanent use of some kind as to a traveling one. We are moved into our house and are motivated to have this RV sold and off the property! Will consider all reasonable offers!
Pros:
-spacious and set up for a family. Removed outside kitchen and built custom sturdy bunkbeds. Removed second bathroom and made a lot more spacious living area.
-electric fireplace with custom mantle
-spacious master bedroom with adequate room on both sides of bed
-new toilet never been used
-doesn’t leak
-most everything works with minor exceptions
Cons:
-no awning – still have parts for awning
-two outlets don’t work
-automatic lighter on gas stove doesn’t work (we always used a lighter)
-previous owner backed into tree, causing minor cosmic damage on back right
-i’m guessing same tree or limb from tree poked a dime size hole in roof that was not discovered until we bought the RV, causing a soft spot in roof, but there has never been any visible signs of leakage inside RV. We have lived in it for three winters and I’ve had no leakage problems.
