This tiny house is built on beams that run from front to back. The beams are meant to sit on pier blocks for structure support. Can be moved by companies that install pre-built sheds, moving companies, and construction.
This tiny house is solid built. It was built by homeowner with decades of construction experience. Moving it will not cause any damages to the structure.

Storage:
Currently there is a lean to storage shed located behind the tiny house. It holds the window AC when not in use, poop tank, etc. It is not connected to the building but is part of the sale. If you don't need it, we will re-use it on our property.
Lot:
This tiny house is to be moved by the buyer from this lot. No rental or storage is available at current location.
