✅ HERE'S WHAT WE PROMISE OUR TECHS:
- Up to $45/hr to start for Master/A-Level techs, with $80K–$120K/year potential based on experience and productivity
- Up to $5/hr bonus on European and Diesel vehicle work
- Tiered bonus structure after your first 40 hours each week

✓ NO WEEKENDS — EVER. 4-day workweek, Monday through Thursday, 7am–6pm
✓ WORK-LIFE BALANCE (FAMILY FIRST!) – Your life outside the shop matters just as much as the work you do inside it. That's why we run a 4-day workweek, Monday through Thursday, 7am to 6pm. Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. Every single week.
✓ WE WILL KEEP YOU BUSY – We're turning away work right now because we don't have enough hands to keep up with demand. Steady, consistent hours. No slow weeks killing your paycheck.
✓ YOU WILL LEARN SOMETHING NEW EVERY DAY – From a Model A to a 2025 F-150, plus Euro vehicles and classic car specialty work most shops won't touch. You won't get stuck doing the same three jobs on repeat.

ABOUT ORIOLE AUTOMOTIVE
Oriole Automotive has been family-owned in Quincy, Michigan since 2001. What started as Dan Gray on the tools and his wife Dawn in the office has grown into a 10-bay, 6-lift shop known across Branch County for doing things right.
We're not chasing a second location or trying to be something we're not. We're focused on doing great work, treating our people well, and keeping the legacy going as Dan's daughter, Danni, steps into ownership.
We work on everything from classic cars to the newest trucks on the road, including Euro and foreign vehicles most shops in our area won't touch. We've been voted Best of the Best in Branch County, and we're proud of that. But we're more proud that some of our customers are on their fourth generation of bringing their vehicles to us.
SKILLS AND TRAITS THAT HELP YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE
- 5-10 years of experience in a professional automotive repair shop
- Master or strong A-level technician skills (we'll consider the right B-tech too)
- ASE certification, plus willingness to obtain Michigan state certification if you don't already have it
- Comfortable working across domestic, foreign, and Euro vehicles
- Own your mistakes. We all make them. What matters is what you do next
- Show up ready to work, and willing to stay late when the job calls for it
- A team player who helps the guy next to you without being asked
- Respect for everyone in the shop, customers and coworkers alike
