Looking for a room to rent in a shared home or private space for around six months starting in October. Possibly moving abroad in several months, but that is as may be.
Alternately, trading space for work would be ideal. My experience comprises cleaning, organizing, painting, woodworking, dry-laid masonry, basic wiring and landscaping.
I am an educated, introverted 57-year-old male with a dependable schedule. As a tenant, I am clean, quiet and respectful of shared space, having lived successfully in room share before.
I have neither pets nor bad habits, and I have never missed rent. Ever.
This is an earnest posting by a serious person who, like many others these days, simply had his life go sideways. Please be a serious person in return.
