Hi, I'm a working professional in my early 40s, looking for a private room in a house or apartment for long-term (6+ months, ideally longer).
A bit about me:
I'm quiet, respectful, and keep to myself, the kind of housemate you barely notice is home. No smoking, no drugs, no drinking. I'm currently working remotely full-time (at least through the next few months), so I'm home a lot during the day, which also means the place stays looked after.
What I'm looking for:
Private bedroom and, ideally, private bathroom
On-site laundry
Furnished preferred, ideally with a desk/workspace for my computer setup
A stable, long-term living situation — I'm not looking to move again anytime soon
Availability: Mid-September 2026
