I am relocating to Salem MA and looking for a peaceful, stable place to land. I am primarily searching for a first-floor studio apartment, but I am very open to a private room, sublease, guest house, or coach house arrangement if it includes a private bathroom.
Move-in: now or October.
My target budget is $500–$900/month, and I am looking for a place that's in Salem MA or at least walking distance- max 20 minute walk to downtown Salem.
