My name is Priscilla, I am an organized, dependable professional looking for a private room (furnished or unfurnished). I am 43, single, no children (I love kids though, I used to be a preschool teacher) or pets (I also love pets).
About Me:
- Lifestyle: Quiet, clean, and considerate. I work in business administration and systems management, so my day-to-day is low-key, predictable, and focused.
- Cleanliness: Very tidy and conscientious about common areas. I believe in keeping kitchens, shared living rooms, and bathrooms clean, organized, and clutter-free on my end.
- Habits: Non-smoker, no hard drugs, no wild late-night parties. I value a peaceful, restful home environment where everyone's space and privacy are respected. I am very laid back, totally understanding of independent lifestyle choices, parties, events, company of yours.
What I'm Looking For:
- Relocating from Las Vegas, NV and am seeking a private room. I used to live in Seaside for 15 years.
- Access to a functional kitchen and bathroom.
- I have my own WiFi and will not necessarily need access to yours
(my wifi is through Verizon and will not need to be installed, just plugged in).
- A household where housemates communicate clearly. Whatever you need just tell me, happy to accommodate. Whatever the expectations are, I will happily follow them.
- Flexible on location.
Timing:
- Move-In: Flexible / Ready for the right fit (Ideally around beginning of December)
- Term: Totally up to you, however, I am not looking to rent a month or two and just dip out. This is a step in relocation, I would like to get myself to the PNW, land in safe place, acclimate, and be able to get a place of my own if having a roommate long term is not what you are looking for.
Why I am seeking a room/relocation:
I lived in Seaside, OR, then Washington for many years, and moved back to Las Vegas to take care of my grandmother during Covid, as she had her hips replaced. While I find Seaside to be too small, my mother has cancer. Her tumors are gone, but they could return and I really wish to move back to the PNW and be closer to her.
